Directions to OBC
BY TRAIN:
Take the Ome Line from Tachikawa (Okutama Yuki). If you are coming from Tokyo and are on a train for Ome, go all the way to Ome. Sometimes trains for Okutama start from Ome. Get off at SAWAI Station. Walk down to the main road and turn left. Take the first road down to the river (on right), cross the bridge, and go straight ahead (up zig-zag path). At small road go straight. At the main road, OBC is visible to your right. It's about a 12 minute walk from the station. Note: This map is not to scale; it's a much longer walk (30-40minutes) from Mitake Station.

BY CAR:
From Hachioji: From Route 16 (going north) turn left at the second traffic light past the Chuo Expressway. If you exit the expressway at Hachioji, go toward Akishima. Stay on this road all the way to OBC. (The name of the road changes, from Takiyama Kaido at Hachioji to Yoshino Kaido near Ome. It is about 18km to Ome, and another 7km to OBC which is on your left.

From Higashi Kurume: Take the Shin Ome Kaido right into Ome (7km from Route 16
underpass). At Y (tire store) bear left and go under Ome Line underpass. (The Y is two lights past the main Ome Fire Department on your right.) Stay on this road until it ends at a T. Turn left, go down hill and cross the Tama River. At light turn right. This is Yoshino Kaido. From this point it is 7km to OBC which is on your left.

From KENO Expressway: Go toward Ome. At the fourth traffic light turn
left. Stay on this road until it ends at a T (It's 2.3 km and you go under the Ome Line
underpass on the way). At the T turn right. This is Yoshino Kaido. From here it is 11 km to OBC which is on your left.
