Okutama Bible Chalet is a camp and retreat center
situated in the scenic Okutama mountains just above the Tama river.
O.B.C. has been serving Churches and Christian organizations since
1960.
Our facilities are also available for rent to Christian groups
and churches who wish to run their own programs.
Camps, Concerts, Seminars and Banquets are just some of the
ways O.B.C. seeks to inspire and encourage the Church in Japan
and share the good news of Salvation through Jesus Christ with
those who have not yet believed.
THE PURPOSE OF OKUTAMA BIBLE CHALET is to glorify God and serve
the church through camping programs of evangelism and Bible education
in a safe, enjoyable, outdoor environment.

Hiking Trails for all ages and abilities
Tama River just a few minutes down the hill: walking paths, picnic
areas, and fishing
Ome Plum Gardens 10 minutes drive
Lake Okutama 30 minute drive
Museums 5 to 10 minutes on foot
